Request Summary: OSFI launched a review of the liquidity treatment provided in the Liquidity Adequacy Requirements (LAR) Guideline for wholesale funding sources with retail-like characteristics, such as high-interest savings account exchange traded funds (HISA ETFs). To get feedback, OSFI welcomed comments, analyses, and proposals, and provided a deadline of June 21, 2023. Please forward copies of the comments, analyses and proposals received under the public consultation. Other regulators, such as the Ontario Securities Commission, publish the feedback directly on their websites, but OSFI does not.
