Request Summary: I am looking for information into how IRCC has been prioritising temporary resident applications, especially Student Permit applications. Specifically, I am looking for plans/notes/meeting minutes/emails that decide which Student Permit applications to prioritise for final processing and why. There has been a massive delay for applicants applying through the SDS stream from countries like India/Nigeria/Pakistan so I am looking for operational records from IRCC which stipulate if applications from these streams should be de-prioritised and until when should they be deprioritised. The date ranges for the applications whose operational prioritisation strategy I am looking for are: - SDS student permit applications from India, Nigeria, and Pakistan submitted from August 2020-November 2020. Information relating to cabinet confidences can be excluded.
