Request Summary: Historic request - I am requesting all RCMP Conduct Board Decision reports and appeals, and/or Record of Decision reports, regarding Conduct Hearings, also known as Code of Conduct Hearings, where a peace officer or civilian member was found to be at fault, from 1868 to 2016, nation wide, including any foreign postings. This includes Conduct Board Decision reports that may go by a historically different name, but are essentially final disciplinary reports stemming from misconduct. This request also includes former names in which the RCMP operated under, including but not limited to, the North West Mounted Police (NWMP), Royal North-West Mounted Police, and the Dominion Police.
