Request Summary: All communication between Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC) and Repsol SA and all of its Canadian subsidiaries or related companies, including Saint John LNG and Canaport LNG (all hereafter referred to as Repsol), concerning any proposal for the alteration of the facility now known as Saint John LNG, or for new construction on that property in Saint John, New Brunswick, for the purpose of exporting liquid natural gas (LNG). Communication within IAAC, or communication with other provincial or federal government agencies, concerning a proposal for the alteration of the facility now known as Saint John LNG, or for new construction on that property, for the purpose of exporting LNG. Included would be: Correspondence of any kind (written, email, telephone logs and notes) Meeting notes of internal meetings, meetings with other agencies, and meetings with Repsol or their lobbyists or representatives.
