Request Summary: I am requesting records concerning the Immigration Refugees Protection Act (IRPA) course and exams - including but not limited to - briefing notes or memos circulated at the manager level and above, all email and written correspondence and any other relevant documents circulated from January 1st 2016 to May 31st 2021. The date of each course and number of students in each course. The scores of the students in each course. The number of students in each course who failed to meet the minimum average and their scores with a mark breakdown per question. The number of students who were terminated due to not receiving the minimum score and the number of students NOT cut from the FSDP program after receiving less than 75% . The number of students who filed a complaint about the course and/or exams. The relevant marking guides for 2019 and 2020 and 2021. Satisfaction surveys about the IRPA course. Training materials.
