How many applications were approved (Permanent residency decision made) in 2017, 2018 & 2019 grouped by year & country of residence. 3. The latest memorandum written by or for IRCC on the Canada Quebec Accord. (Including immigration category thresholds, reviews, future perspectives, recommendations, etc.) 4. All official exchanges (fax, emails and letters) from individuals at the Director General level and above, between IRCC and the Ministère de l¿Immigration, de la Diversité et de l¿Inclusion Quebec (MIDI) (messages sent and received) relating to immigration thresholds (target, projection, planning, etc.) for 2018-2019 and the current one (2019-2020); for all categories of immigration to Quebec. Exclude any records that would require consultation with the Privy Council Office.
