Request Summary: I would like to request IRCC's internal manual intended for employees regarding the new immigration program - Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot. This document should list the Resettlement Operations Centre Ottawa's training manual on Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot program. This document should exist and provide the officers guidance on how to process EMPP applications, what documents are required, definitions of terms within the program, acceptable alternative documents, etc, (the document may not contain all of the above mentioned). There are such documents publicly available regarding Family Class applications from Case Processing Centre Sydney. I am looking for an internal manual used by officers to guide them to process EMPP. For your reference, I am attaching the Family Class version of this kind of document to better clarify the document I am seeking.
