Please provide us with a detailed event / incident report for each of the events reported by CNSC between 2016 and 2018, including events with the report dates of June 6, 2018; April 19, 2018; March 1, 2018; January 7, 2018; May 18, 2017; May 17, 2017; December 2, 2016; April 17, 2016; February 21, 2016; and January 11, 2016.
