Correspondence between Nevsun Resources (Nevsun) and Canada's Trade Commissioner Service; between Nevsun and Canada's embassy in Khartoum and consulate in Asmara; between Segen Construction and Canada's Trade Commissioner Service in Nairobi, Kenya; between Segen Construction, Bisha Mining Share Company (BMSC) and Canada's Embassy in Khartoum about the establishment of the Bisha mine between 01-01-2004 & 31-12-2013, inclusive. 2. All records on the establishment of the Bisha mine in Eritrea and any correspondence pertaining to human rights, the national service program, conscripted labour, military intelligence involvement and/or oversight at the mine, economic sanctions, war crimes, and concerns raised about messaging and/or public image and risk assessment. 3. All correspondence and meeting records of Global Affairs Canada with Nevsun, BMSC, Segen Construction or their managers or representatives, or any lobbyists working for Nevsun, BMSC or Segen Construction, or lawyers retained by Nevsun, BMSC or Segen Construction concerning any of the above concerns related to the Bisha mine's construction and operations. 4.
