Request Summary: IRCC has stated on their website that the partnership between some colleges in British Columbia are not eligible for the post graduate work permit program that IRCC runs, yet, IRCC has continued to issue work permits to students graduating from these institutions over the past 5 years. Please provide communication between IRCC and stakeholders such as, the Education Ministry of British Columbia, Canada Border Services Agency, and RCIC Immigration Professionals. Also provide communication between managers of the Post Graduate Work permit program at IRCC. The communications / information being sought is regarding the eligibility / ineligibility of the partnership between colleges as it relates to the post graduate work permit program that is run by IRCC. Information on the following partnerships are being sought: a) Cambrian College in Ontario, and Hanson College in British Columbia, and b) St. Lawrence College in Ontario and Canadian College in British Columbia
