Request Summary: This request is made in accordance with the Access to Information Act. [REDACTED] to make the following Freedom of Information requests: 1. Non-redacted copies of any records in relation to the letters sent by the Canadian Environmental Law Association on behalf of [NAME REMOVED] to the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission regarding mine waste contamination in Elliot Lake. 2. Non-redacted copies of any records in relation to the meetings between [NAME REMOVED] and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission regarding mine waste contamination in Elliot Lake. 3. Anything the CNSC may have been briefed on or may reflect discussions among staff and/or other departments, including Health Canada or Natural Resources Canada, in relation to historical mine waste contamination at residential properties in Elliot Lake between Jan 21, 2021 - Dec 31, 2021. Records include, but are not limited to: briefing materials, briefing notes, information notes, meeting minutes, email correspondence, memoranda, reports, or other documents. Please note, however, that we are not requesting copies of the submissions made on behalf of [NAME REMOVED] or the submissions we received back from the CNSC.
