Request Summary: We would like to know if there is a cap or limit for each visa office abroad in terms of the number of applications that they should or can process each year. Also, please advise us if there is a particular policy or risk assessment that officers should consider when they process or evaluate an application in a visa office. Finally, we would like to know the number of applications that IRCC plans to process for 2020 and 2021 and its difference to the original projected numbers, considering the backlog and slow processing caused by the pandemic
