Request Summary: This request excludes all drafts and limits e-mail correspondence to that involving staff at the level of Director General and above for the time period of January 1, 2019, to present-day, September 5, 2023. I am requesting all documents that specifically identifies the Government's stated position on Islamic adoption, i.e. kafala adoption and/or kafala guardianship, including, but not limited to, all briefing notes, policies, reports, plans, and e-mails, since June 1, 2019 to present, September 5, 2023. Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Remove non-relevant records and identify them as such. Also remove materials that are an account of an actual Cabinet confidence.
