Request Summary: Electronic records concerning national selection process 2018-IA-OPS-FB_05-192 allowing local hiring managers to appoint candidates from the pool based upon the national assessments or conduct assessments and factor those into the selection decisions. This includes records showing all additional assessments that took place and what they were evaluating and how it was evaluated broken down by port of entry or region excluding the Greater Toronto Area, and records reflecting if additional assessments or further assessments require approval from the national assessment board. Also, records showing if a competency already assessed at the national level is to be assessed further at the local level, and how the two results are weighted against each other to produce a globalized score.
