Provide Statistics Canada emails, texts, spreadsheets and other documentation, associated with establishing the technical architecture and requirements for procurement under SSC Cloud RCR 001 between Statistics Canada and Shared Services Canada (SSC) pertaining to the selection and award of the cloud servicing contract to Microsoft. Provide 2020, 2021 records that explain an original mandatory technical requirement that cloud service tools were to be free for six months, and how and when this changed as a mandatory technical requirement. Provide records that explain the posted Microsoft Contract starting date beginning May 15, 2020 when the posted contract date is March 12, 2021.
