Request Summary: I would respectfully request to have access to copies of all versions of a training and/or instructional document / guidebook / manual for a software purportedly used in the IRCC Manila Visa Office apparently named Hiraya or HPS (Hiraya Processing Suite). Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Treat differently numbered versions of a manual or guide as a different document, but include only final or latest drafts of said versions. Provide only complete email chains where applicable. Remove non-relevant information without applying exemptions and identify them as not relevant. Remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence
