Request Summary: I am seeking access to the following documents about the AIP between June 1, 2015 and the launch of the project in March 31, 2017: Minister's (and DM's) speaking notes, reports and electronic/paper communications about plans & priorities concerning the AIPP. Specifically, I am seeking information on the foundation of the AIP, i.e. where the suggestion for the program came from and the conversations concerning the conditions in Atlantic Canada that warranted this unique approach to immigration in the region. I am also seeking media releases about the AIP between June 1, 2015 and the launch of the AIP in March 31, 2017.
