Request Summary: All information and documents (emails, pin to pin, attachments, paper records, GCdocs, MS Teams and chats, News@TheSchool, Facebook), including any archives relating to: What we’re the staffing needs, how did they go about to staff it, what were the actings same, secondment same, assignments, deployments and vacancies same within the Communications and Engagement directorate etc? And this includes all portfolios under the Director General of Communications and Engagement. For example, but not limited to, linguistics and internal communications, marketing, web, etc. This should include level and timeframe. Also, copies of information regarding changes in operational requirements within the Communications and Engagement Directorate and all its portfolios regarding needs for staffing, acting, secondment, assignment, deployment and vacancies; all copies of communication between those involved in the nomination process 21-CES-COMS-INA-138799, commencement date of nomination, merit criteria, number of candidates considered, area of selection, justification for a non-advertised process, letter of offer to candidate; and, all guidelines, policies, standards on criteria that must be followed by CSPS when filling a position. Date range relevant to this request should be from August 1st, 2020 to March 31, 2022.
