Request Summary: In the 1926 Canada Census, there is a record of a James Norman Ross, age 25, listed as a prisoner in the Stony Mountain Penitentiary in Rockwood, Manitoba. I'm looking for a copy of his Inmate Admittance Record but I do not know the date he was admitted. Some records were microfilmed and available online but only up to 1922. Most sentences were 2 or 3 years so he could have been admitted sometime between 1923 and 1926. Is it possible to locate and obtain a copy of this record or other information for James Norman Ross in the Stony Mountain Penitentiary?
