Request Summary: Statistics from March 30, 2013 to March 30, 2023, relating to the application of sections 160(2) and 166 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. Specifically, the number of Pre-Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA) applications that were offered and received under these sections and the following ports of entry: land ports, air ports, and marine ports. In addition, the percentage of applications that were considered while the applicants were abroad with the acceptance rate of these. Also, the steps taken by offices of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) when receiving a PRRA application under these sections including protocols, guides, instructions. Finally, the steps taken by CBSA officers including protocols, guides, instructions regarding the event that an applicant was deported before a decision is made on his PRRA application under these same sections.
