Request Summary: Please provide the following: 1) A Copy of Certificate Number CDN/2071/B(U)-96 (Rev. 9) for Ontario Power Generation’s “Roadrunner, Serial No. Roadrunner-01” transportation container, most recently certified 2017-09-28 with an expiry date of 2022-09-30. 2) A record of use for any off-site transportation (e.g. from an Ontario Power Generation nuclear power station to another location) using the “Roadrunner, Serial No. Roadrunner-01” transportation container between January 1 2010 and December 31st 2020, including point of origin, destination, and the materials / container content being transported. 3) The record or reporting of and documentation of safety testing relied upon by CNSC staff during the initial and subsequent certifications of the “Roadrunner, Serial No. Roadrunner-01” transportation container.
