Request Summary: Regarding the Federal Self-Employed (FSE) Program starting from the year 2014 till July 18, 2019: 1. All internal communications, email exchanges, notes, internal memorandums or directive, or any other record of communications from/between the PMO's office, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration's office, IRCC senior agents and/or Visa posts processing FSE Program applications; and 2. All internal policies or instructions provided to Visa posts regarding the FSE program from 2016 onwards by or on behalf of the PMO's office and/or the Minister's Office. As it pertains to both items #1 and #2, we are specifically looking for discussions relating to potential revisions, changes, modifications, to the program, its mode of delivery, its mode of processing, the standard on which they are assessed, the transfer of applications between visa posts, efforts to eliminate, reduce or otherwise dispose of some or all applications in cue etc. We do not require routine data in the administration of the program on a per client basis per se
