Request Summary: This is a request under this jurisdiction's freedom of information legislation for records held by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. I'm seeking a copy of all information released as part of FOI request number A-2019-31910, completed by your office around August 1, 2019. A summary of the request language, which was included on the SecretCanada.com website, is as follows: Please provide copies of the following: 1) All checklists, guidelines etc. available to an officer to evaluate an application for a Work Permit and Permanent Residency Application under the Startup Visa Program; and 2) Statistics on the number of Start up Visa Work permits and Permanent Residencies issued over the last 5 years under SUV from 2013-2018 and their respective nationalities and provinces as well as the amount of Startup Visa Work Permits and PR's rejected in comparison as well as their reasons for rejection. I would like this information sent electronically.
