Request Summary: I hereby request the following information: Staffing Composition at Visa Offices Abroad: For each visa office abroad, please provide a breakdown of the number of Canadian citizens employed versus the number of local staff employed. Lawsuits and Settlements: For each case processing centre, please provide data on: The total number of lawsuits filed against the centre in the last 5-years. The total number of settlements arising from such lawsuits. The total amount (in Canadian dollars) paid out in settlements for the same time frame. Refusal Rates: For each case processing centre, please provide the percentage of visa or immigration applications that were refused in the last 2-years. I understand the complexities that may be involved in sourcing this data, and I appreciate your timely attention to this matter.
