Correspondence between the department and (a) Canada's High Commission in Islamabad, (b) the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, (c) The Minister of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. 2. Copy of the department's changes to the transnational adoption policy. 3. Copy of any ongoing procedural evaluations regarding transnational adoption between Pakistan and Canada. 4. Copy of e-mail, memos, and other correspondences and account of conversations between departmental officials and the provinces, regarding transnational adoptions from Muslim countries. Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Include only final versions or latest drafts of documents, and last complete email chains. Remove non-relevant information without applying exemptions and identify them as not relevant. Remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence.
