Request Summary: I am requesting all documents relating to the Government's position on Islamic adoption, i.e. kafala adoption, including, but not limited to, all briefing notes, policies, reports, plans, and e-mails, from June 1, 2019 to February 24, 2023. I am also requesting information including, but not limited to, how many individuals have been denied permanent residency as a result of Kafala based adoptions and how many individuals have been denied temporary status as a result of Kafala based adoptions from June 2013 to February 24, 2023, as well as any documents, i.e. briefing notes, policies, reports, plans, and e-mails, related to these denials.
