Request Summary: I would like to receive electronic copies of the following: 1. List of reports generated on daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis for managers responsible for, or otherwise stakeholders in, IRCC website's feedback page --secure.cic.gc.ca/feedback-retroaction. If no list exists, a sample of an annual and regularly monthly report will do.(For the time frame of the reports, annual reports for 2019 and 2020 will do, and for the monthly reports I would request one or more reports from Jan-Dec 2019 and one or more reports from Jan-Dec 2020, and one or more from Jan-Sep 2021.) 2. A copy of the 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021-to-date (2021-10-18) reports on the number, types and disposal of feedback received via the IRCC website's feedback page -- secure.cic.gc.ca/feedback-retroaction -- including statistical reports with breakdowns pointing to country of origin, for the past 5 years. 3. A copy of the procedure document detailing the handling or process flow or workflow of feedback forms received via the IRCC secure.cic.gc.ca/feedback-retroaction page. 4. The name of the division(s) and branch(es) responsible for the IRCC secure.cic.gc.ca/feedback-retroaction page. 5. The job description of the divisional director(s) responsible for the IRCC secure.cic.gc.ca/feedback-retroaction page.
