Request Summary: This is a freedom of information request for records held by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada Freedom of information offices across Canada are facing resource and staffing challenges. Many have opted to hire contractors for help with processing requests. I am seeking access to all contracts between this department and third-party companies for support dealing with Information Access and Privacy Services/ Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. I am seeking access to all contracts that were active in 2020, 2021 and 2022 that deal with the handling of freedom of information, including: training, software support and development, and the processing of requests. In the contracts, I am interested in the name of the company, the scope of work and the total amount being charged.
