Reports, including drafts. 2. Briefing notes. 3. Results of statistical and legal research undertaken by the department. 4. Memorandum. 5. Other internal and external communications, including e-mail. 6. Records of meetings. 7. Drafts and final versions of policies and guidelines. 8. Training documents, and 9. Legal opinions sought / consulted. Provide only English versions where both English and French versions exists. Remove non-relevant records without exemptions by identifying them as such. Include only final e-mail chain where earlier chains are all included. Remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence
