Request Summary: On March 10, 2022 Vancouver Fraser Port Authority held a public consultation on the subject of the Optimization Project of Annacis Island Terminal. A francophone citizen, Jonathan Savard, was refused the right to speak French. I would like to obtain all internal and external communications (emails, service notes, summaries of meetings, follow up notes and correspondence, etc.) related to this incident between the dates of March 10-April 18, 2022.
