Request Summary: I would like a copy of any records created between October 21, 2019 and November 4, 2020 referencing the number of special ballots received by Elections Canada or at a returning office by mail after the deadline that were therefore not counted. If it is available, I would like this number broken down by electoral district. Clarification: I would like that requested information in relation to ballots cast for the 2019 election and relating to the ballot deadline for that election.
