Request Summary: Any documents held by PCO (specifically: The Clerk of the Privy Council, the National Security and Intelligence Advisor or the National Security & Intelligence Secretariat), which discuss (1) the use CSIS vehicles by CSIS employees for the purpose of engaging in consensual and non-consensual sexual activites, inclduing rape; (2) why CSIS continues employing individuals who engage in consensual and non-consensual sexual activites, including rape, (3) why some of them are promoted or rewarded for misusing government property for illegitimate purposed; (4) why CSIS has a culture of impunity and why violations of the criminal code, including rape, are not properly investigated by the police of jurisdiction, and (5) records which detail PCO plans to address the above-noted issues.
