Request Summary: I'd like to obtain the IRCC Beijing office and Hong Kong office`s internal memos, policies, reports, updates or emails from Oct 2021 to March 2022, regarding the following issue: 1. Standards to approve or reject study permits for elementary and secondary school students 2. Financial requirements for minors applying for study permits 3. How does AI assess the risk level of temporary residence application. Provide only English versions where multiple languages are available. Include only final versions or latest drafts of documents, and last complete email chains. Remove non-relevant information without applying exemptions and identify them as not relevant. Remove materials that are an account of a possible or actual Cabinet confidence.
