Request Summary: I would like to see a complete copy of any procedures, checklists, training materials or other documents that - 1) Prescribe the process of application completeness check under R10 for all types of family sponsorship applications submitted online using the IRCC PR Portal, including a list of all reasons to return an electronic file as incomplete. The materials should cover Parent/Grandparent sponsorship applications, Inland spouse and common law partner sponsorship applications and Family Class spouse and common law partner applications. 2) Prescribe the process of application completeness check under R10 for inland spouse or common law partner sponsorship applications received at CPC-M, including a list of all reasons to return a file as incomplete. 3) prescribe the process of application completeness check under R10 for the following types of applications received at CIO: family class: spouse and common law sponsorship family class: dependent child family class: other relative (lonely Canadian) Please include a list of all reasons to return any of the above file types as incomplete. Please include copies of all file return letter templates in use. Timeframe: Jan 2019- (Until October 26,2021)
