Request Summary: A copy of contract number EN578-211918/002/LS and any revisions, amendments or modifications thereto (the Contract) awarded to RecordExpress (the Contractor). For the time period 2020/01/01 to 2021/01/14, all records in the possession or custody of or under the control of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) with respect to (i) the Contract; (ii) the conduct of the procurement process resulting in the award of the Contract; (iii) the standing offer issued in relation to the Contract and any call ups (as such term is used in the Contract) issued; and (iv) all communications between IRB and the Contractor or any Identified User (as such term is defined under the Contract), before, during and following the procurement process and the Contract award. For clarity, in relation to the above, the reference to “all records” in this request includes but is not limited to emails, questions-and-answers, references, issues management plans, briefing notes, memos, calendar invitations, text messages, minutes of meetings, PIN messages, BBM and other peer-to-peer communications in any form, and any drafts thereof, and including information that is written, photographed, recorded or stored in any manner, on any storage medium or by any means including by graphic, electronic or mechanical means. Any reference to “Contract” includes any call-up issued under the Contract and any amendments, modifications or revisions to the foregoing.
