Request Summary: In late 1999 and early 2000 there was a mould infestation at Long Lake #58 First Nation and Health Canada assigned Dr. Hari Mohan Vijay to the file. Dr. Vijay attended at the First Nation in either 2000 or 2001 and she conducted an investigation into the health of the members of Long Lake #58 First Nation. We are looking to have released any of the records of Dr. Vijay related to this matter including correspondence both within the Department and back and forth with representatives of Long Lake #58 First Nation.
