Request Summary: I would like to obtain information about former IRB Member Ms. Lynne Cunningham, including - within the limits of the Privacy Act and other applicable laws, her bio or CV, post-secondary educational credentials, work experience prior to the date when she was appointed to the IRB, reasons for her appointment, decisions made by her during her appointment for Chinese citizens, date of and reasons for her departure from the IRB in 2021, any award and/or disciplinary sanction she received from the IRB for outstanding or below-standard work performance or assessment, her current contact, and, if any, her response or correspondence relating to my complaint (see attached document) against her breaches of the IRB Code of Conduct.
