Request Summary: I would like to know the total number of: 1. Open Work Permit Applications Received, and 2. Open Work Permit Applications returned due to insufficient processing fees being provided. There are three payments required for OWP applications: biometrics fee, open work permit fee, and work permit holder fee. If the data is recorded, I would also like to know if the breakdown of missing payments (i.e., what number of applications were returned due to missing work permit holder fees, etc). I would also like to know the total amount received by IRCC for each of those classes of payment (biometric, open work permit fee, work permit holder fee) relating to OWPs, and the total amounts of those payments either refunded, applied to a successful OWP application, or retained by IRCC due to a returned OWP or failed OWP, or any other reason. Please also include any internal communications about the content and/or design of form IMM 5556 from 06-2019 until the June 10, 2021
