(2) The number of H&C applications that HM Mississauga has REFUSED per month for every month that HM Mississauga has been open. (3) The number of months that HM Mississauga has been processing H&C applications. (4) The policy/procedure through which it is determined that an H&C application, originally sent to HM Vancouver be transferred to HM Mississauga for a final decision.
