Request Summary: 1. IRCC is prioritizing the processing of Canadian Experience Class applications over all other express entry streams. This was announced on Jan 18, 2021, "Canadian experience class: We're working at full capacity to process applications." I am looking for a specific document, letter, directive, policy or law which supports this prioritization. ------- 2. I am looking for the following information, data or a summary regarding the processing times of applications under the Federal Skilled Worker category, for people who are already present in Canada (FSW-Inland): a) Percentage of applications processed that were received between Sep 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020, and were complete (excluding applications rejected due to incomplete) b) Average processing times for FSW-Inland applications, whose processing completed between February 1, 2021 to March 10, 2021, excluding applications rejected due to incomplete. -------- 3. Does IRCC have a mechanism to search, identify and segregate applications on the basis of applicants present inside Canada (Inland) or outside Canada (Outland)?
