Request Summary: I wish to obtain any document produced, sent or received—between November 19, 2021, and the date on which my request will be processed by your office—by the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages concerning a motion adopted on March 29, 2022, by the Senate. This motion calls on the federal government to include in its proposed reform of the Official Languages Act—that is, Bill C-13 (44th Parliament)—the addition of a requirement to enforce section 55 of the Constitution Act, 1982.
