Request Summary: I am looking for any RCMP or surveillance reports on Peter Johnson. The period of time I am interested in is 1935-1937. Peter Johnson was born April 19, 1909 and lived in North Vancouver and Vancouver. He was a seaman and a member of the Seafarer’s Industrial Union Longshore & Water Transport Workers of Canada unions. He was involved in the 1935-36 Seamen's strike, and was a member of the communist party from 1935. He went to Spain in March of 1937 with the International Brigades and died in Spain.
