Request Summary: I am requesting a copy of all operational bulletins (including OB 463), manuals, guidelines, instructions, and internal memorandums about the decision-making process and processing of public policy temporary resident visas (PPTRVs). I am also requesting the total number of applications received for PPTRVs, the number of rejected applications, and the number of granted applications between 1 January 2013 and 12 October 2018. Furthermore, I am requesting information on all PPTRVs that have been issued and/or renewed following a positive declaration of ministerial relief related to inadmissibility under paragraphs 35(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) between 1 January 2013 and 12 October 2018. Specifically, I require the following information about these PPTRVs: country of origin, validity period of initial TRVs, the validity periods of renewed TRVs, and a copy of the declarations of ministerial relief following which said TRVs were issued.
