Request Summary: I would like to receive any documents, emails, or anything else that can explain the processing of citizenship grant applications from the time they are received at CPC-Sydney, to the time they are sent the invitation to take the citizenship test. This should include: which office processes the background checks, which office sends the test invitations, and what criteria is used to decide which citizenship office will complete the processing of the applications -for example, why is a file sent to the Scarborough office when the applicant lives in Kitchener considering that there is a citizenship office in Kitchener, is it random selection?
