Request Summary: I would like to gather information about the technical errors reported by the Federal Government EE system (the portal), especially after the NOCs updates in 2022. My understanding is that some clients got ITAs when they were not eligible for the programs. If possible, please let me know the programs that were affected by the errors and the process in place to address the issues.
