Request Summary: Please provide all documents, including drafts, from October 21, 2019 to the present (July 26, 2020), respecting: (1) the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner’s Peschisolido Report, tabled in the House of Commons on February 5, 2020, and (2) Michael Barrett’s notices of motions in the House of Commons concerning the Report. Please exclude: (1) memoranda to Cabinet and aides-memoire for Cabinet consideration, (2) Treasury Board submissions, (3) speaking notes or decks for presentations to Cabinet or its committees, (4) briefing notes and covering memoranda concerning records in categories (1) to (3), (5) duplicate copies of e-mails, (6) publicly available versions of government documents (i.e., do not exclude drafts of those documents), (7) the French version of documents which are equally available in each official language, and (8) copies of draft legislative texts.
