Request Summary: I am seeking a copy of any training materials made available to access-to-information workers at IRCC. Specifically, please provide all training and orientation materials given to workers when they are first hired into the ATI division at IRCC. These materials should include any guidance on how to open, manage and close requests, when and how to decide whether exemptions apply, how to apply exemptions, etc. Please limit to final, approved versions of formal training and orientation materials.
