Request Summary: I would like to request information (procedure, policies, manuals, guidelines, instructions, training documents, how to guides, templates, dictionary) as it relates to how IRCC agents use and respond to IRCC Web Form enquiries related to the Express Entry program initiated at https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp. Further, provide documentation how agents check Express Entry application status and create a Web Form response including definitions of terms used in the response. Please provide the most recent version of the documents available for the information being requested. Please exclude drafts.If the request turns out to be unreasonably voluminous and will severely affect department resources then please contact me to possibly modify my request.
