Request Summary: I want a copy of the contract between Library and Archives Canada and Baseline Communications Inc. Copies of sound recordings and videos are not provided to clients by LAC, but by Baseline Communications Inc. I would like a copy of the contract between LAC and Baseline. I would like to see what cost recovery is conducted by LAC from Baseline and I would like to see how prices for Videos and Sound recordings are calculated.
