Request Summary: Pursuant to section 4 of the Access to Information Act, I would like to have the following information: 1 - The number of existing home sales (units) annually from 2012 to present in the Outaouais administrative region. 2 - The number of annual sales of existing homes (units) from 2012 to present in the regional county municipalities (RCM) of Pontiac, Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, Collines-de-l’Outaouais, Papineau and for the City of Gatineau. 3 - The average annual sale price of homes from 2012 to the present in the Outaouais administrative region. 4 - The average annual home sale price from 2012 to present in the regional county municipalities (RCM) of Pontiac, Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, Collines-de-l’Outaouais, Papineau and the City of Gatineau. 5 - Annual vacancy rate from 2012 to present in the Outaouais administrative region. 6 - The annual vacancy rate from 2012 to present in the regional county municipalities (RCMs) of Pontiac, Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, Collines-de-l’Outaouais, Papineau and the City of Gatineau. 7 - The average rent for 2-bedroom apartments from 2012 to present in the Outaouais administrative region. 8 - The average rent for 2-bedroom apartments from 2012 to present in the regional county municipalities (RCM) of Pontiac, Vallée-de-la-Gatineau, Collines-de-l’Outaouais, Papineau and the City of Gatineau.
